Pulling Oil Directions for Use

Gently shake well before use.
Pour one to two teaspoons (5-10ml) of Sparoom Pulling Oil into a small cup. DO NOT SWALLOW THE OIL.
Gently swish the oil around your mouth for 15-20 minutes. Make sure to pull the oil between your teeth and around your gums.
Spit out and rinse mouth with water, then brush your teeth to remove any residual oil.
