Das BioMandelpüree in Rohkostqualität wird zu 100% aus BioMandeln hergestellt. Die Schalen werden entfernt, ohne die BioMandeln zu erhitzen, und der Vermahlungsprozess wird nach den Richtlinien von Urs Hochstrasser so langsam gestaltet, dass die wertvollen Nährstoffe erhalten bleiben und das BioMandelpüree für Rohkost geeignet ist.
