Sony direct wire adapter

Get Ready for the Cleanest/Simplest Audio Install that You've ever done!

The Sony connector is pre-wired to the Metra 70-1761 style connectors compatible with your Subaru or Toyota. All you need to do is plug it in!

You will also need to connect the Reverse, Vehicle Speed, and E-brake signals if you need these features. If you're using an AutoHarnessHouse.com 28-pin (or 20-pin) adapter, the install will be completely Plug and Play! Just plug in the 28-pin (or 20-pin) wiring adapter using the interface connector!

Headunit Installation

Details

  • Only Compatible with Sony models (See Compatibility List below)
  • Connect your Sony Radio headunit directly to your Vehicle with minimal wire soldering/crimping and without damaging factory wire!
  • We use only high quality, large diameter wire and connectors. You will not be disappointed.
  • Reverse, Vehicle Speed, and E-brake signals are provided from the Sony connector. +12v switched (Red) and Ground (Black) connections are also provided for connection of a steering wheel control interface or other +12v device.
  • 6-pin interface connector can be used to directly connect to the AutoHarnessHouse.com 28-pin adapter. (Fully Plug and Play Installation) If you will not be using the 28-pin adapter, just cut off this connector and do wiring as needed.
