¦ How to use 1. Before exfoliation, soften your skin in the shower or bath with warm water for 5-10 minutes. (For maximum results, do not use soaps or oils in the tub/shower prior to exfoliating. e.g. bubble bath) 2. Turn off the shower head or drain bath tub, but sprinkle water time to time during the exfoliating session to keep skin wet. 3. Put hand in a mitt and exfoliate layers of dead skin using vigorous strokes in a back and forth motion until you see dead skins roll away. Only use enough pressure to get the desired affect, but not too much pressure that it causes pain. 4. After shower, apply moisturizer. The deep exfoliation of layers of dead skin increases absorption of skincare products. *For those with very sensitive skin, try to add small amount of soap or body wash for gentler effect, if needed. * Not recommended for facial or everyday use.
