Insole Instructions & Care

Heat Molding Instructions:

Heat molding instructions:

1) Remove original insoles from footwear

2) Place Thera2K in conventional oven (200°F) or convection oven (175°F) for 2-3 minutes. Immediately place into your footwear without original insoles and stand up straight in your shoes for 2 minutes.

Insole Care

Your insoles do not need to be removed from your footwear after every use. When removing our insoles from your shoes, remove slowly to avoid damaging.

Cleaning

When cleaning your Thera2K insoles, simply wipe with soap and water on a damp cloth. Do not machine wash.

Let your insoles to air dry before placing back into shoes.
