Grapefruit Goddess

Ingredients:

1 litre SodaStream Sparkling Water
25 ml Soda Press Organic Pink Grapefruit Syrup
45 ml Apple Brandy
15 ml lime juice
Grapefruit to garnish
Rosemary, to garnish

Recipe:

Fizz cold fresh water with SodaStream Sparkling Water Maker. Fill a glass with ice. Add Soda Press Organic Pink Grapefruit Syrup, apple brandy, and lime juice. Top with SodaStream sparkling water and garnish with grapefruit and rosemary.

Blonde Cola Vanilla Ginger Muddle

Ingredients:

1 litre SodaStream Sparkling Water
15 ml of Soda Press Organic Blonde Cola Syrup
30 ml of Rum
15 ml fresh lime juice
12 cm of a fresh vanilla pod, cut down the centre
1 8 tsp of finely grated ginger

Recipe:

Fizz cold fresh water with SodaStream Sparkling Water Maker. In a cocktail shaker place a handful of ice, the add the rum, Soda Press Organic Blonde Cola Syrup, lime juice, vanilla pod and ginger. Shake vigorously. Strain through a fine sieve and top with the soda water and serve garnished with a wedge of lime. Can be happily made as a virgin mocktail too.

1 litre SodaStream Sparkling Water
30 ml Soda Press Organic Old Fashioned Lemonade Syrup
1 bottle Rosé wine dry Prosecco
1 sliced fresh lime, lemon grapefruit
30 g fresh edible flowers
10 fresh thyme springs

Recipe:

Fizz cold fresh water with SodaStream Sparkling Water Maker. Gently pour the Soda Press Organic Old Fashioned Lemonade Syrup and Rosé into the punch bowl. Stir gently while adding the Prosecco. Top with SodaStream sparkling water. Garnish with small slices of fresh lime, lemon, pink grapefruit, edible flowers and fresh thyme sprigs. Serve in punch bowl and glasses.

Ingredients

1 litre SodaStream Sparkling Water
30 ml Soda Press Organic Indian Tonic Syrup
60 ml Gin
1 2 tsp cracked black pepper
2 strawberries, hulled
1 whole strawberry, to garnish

Recipe:

Fizz cold fresh water with SodaStream Sparkling Water Maker. In a glass, add ice, the Tonic syrup, sliced strawberries and Gin. Set aside for 5 minutes to infuse the flavours. Add black pepper and top with sparkling water. Serve.
