Follow the Snoreeze Snorgo instructions -
- Stand or sit up straight, face forward.
- Place the Snorgo in front of your teeth, but behind your lips.
- The indent should be at the top. Close your mouth. Your lips should be firmly closed.
- Gently pull forward on the handle, and pull away from your mouth.
- Keep your lips tight to stop the device from coming out.
- Pull harder but not hard enough to pull it out. It should be an effort to keep the device behind your lips.
- Hold this position for 10 seconds. Repeat this exercise 3 times with a few seconds between each one.
- Repeat this set 3 times a day - leave at least 1 hour between each set.
