With its welltolerated, low-allergy adhesive, COVRSITE PLUS Cover Dressing is a low-adherent wound contact that can be changed daily. The waterproof film layer that covers the dressing helps protect wounds from contamination by urine and feces. Directions: First, choose a dressing with a pad size that’s slightly larger than the area of the wound. Remove the first tab from the underside of the COVRSITE PLUS dressing. Adhere the exposed adhesive side on one side of the wound. Remove the second tab, and adhere the rest of the dressing over the wound.
