Easy Mixing Instructions

Fill container with about 1/2 cup of warm water
Pour in cleaner crystals
Stir crystals until dissolved (we recommend rolling up the empty packet and using that to stir)
Wait 3 minutes
Soak oral appliance at lease 20 minutes daily
Rinse appliance thoroughly after removing from solution
