Recipe for Radiance: Step 3 Saturate a cotton round, or reusable round, with Truffle Therapy Face Toner. Starting from the center of your face and moving outwards towards your temples with swiping motions, swipe toner over t-zone, forehead and problem areas to refresh skin and complete cleansing routine.
