NO added Coconut Oil:

The TRUTH about Coconut Oil:

When applied to your skin, coconut oil can make your skin worse.

• Coconut Oil is too alkaline for your skin. That all said, coconut oil has a pH of 7-8. If healthy skin's natural pH is around 5, it means that coconut oil is 100-1,000 times more alkaline than your skin. And unfortunately, applying something that can alter the pH to such a degree like coconut oil can perpetuate a state of dysbiosis of your skin's microbiome and Leaky Skin.
• Coconut Oil is too saturate. Coconut oil is 90% saturated fat which may worsen some of the more sensitive skin issues like perioral dermatitis. Coconut oil has large molecules and is absorbed slowly. This means it stays on top of the skin and can cause an occlusive barrier. This is a problem because coconut oil doesn't allow for your skin cells to breathe or detoxify.
• Coconut Oil messes with your skins microbeme.

NO added Olive Oil:

• Olive oil is way too high in oleic acid and will cause skin to breakout. Being a little thick in consistency, it becomes difficult for the skin to absorb it wholly. It instead forms a layer on the skin and traps dust and sebum, leading to acne and pimples.
• Causes skin rashes. People with oily skin should not use olive oil on the skin as it may result in excessive sebum secretion, leading to symptoms including mild rashes, redness and itching.
• NOT good for anyone with dry skin. Researchers suggest that olive oil contains oleic acid, which breaks the natural moisturizer further and can therefore, be a bad beauty oil for people with a dry skin. So, avoid using olive oil for skin care and instead stick to oils that have been scientifically proven to benefit your skin type.
