Good Machinability: Ceramic fiber Thermal Insulation Board can be easily cut & use with a hacksaw blade or knife. It can also be drilled or machined to match various dimensions as per the requirement of your application. Compressive Strength: Vacuum cast ceramic fiber refractory insulation board has a strength at 25% deformation – 78 PSI. Permanent linear shrinkage 3.5% max at 2200F when exposed to 24 hrs. soaking heat loss on Ignition(LOI) at 1832 F will be 4-7%.
