The supported resolution is up to 4K 30Hz with DP 1.4 laptop source. If you require higher resolution for certain cases, our docking station supports 4K at 60Hz for Single video output, and you can choose the HDMI or DisplayPort monitor.

• Please make sure the USB-C port on your laptops supports DisplayPort Alt Mode.
• The bandwidth limit of the graphic card would cause only one monitor with video sometimes. You need to adjust the resolution to release the bandwidth to be able to have two video outputs. Please refer to the instruction video on the product page, or check the user manual.
• Important Note for Mac users - macOS only supports one extended monitor with resolution up to 4K 60Hz, meaning your laptop screen can only extend to either HDMI or DisplayPort monitor, and the second monitor's screen will be the same video (Mirrored) as the first monitor. If you would like to extend your laptop screen to two screens with different videos, we recommend you choose our other docking station models with DisplayLink technology.

• Answer: Yes, iPad Pro and iPad Mini with USB-C port support DisplayPort Alt mode are compatible with this docking station, but only support ONE video output (screen) as the macOS.

Adjust the Height and Angles which Suit You Better

1. When you open the box the first time, the laptop stand is fully folded in the package, hold and press down gently to the base of the laptop stand with one hand, and lift the platform up to raise the height ( image 1 and 2)
2. Keep pressing gently the base of the stand, and hold the other side of the platform to lift the brackets to the height which suit your eye angle and sitting posture. (image 3 and 4)
