Our Oxfordshire summer blossom honey is a traditional British honey collected from hives on the borders of the English Cotswolds. The nectar sources in the area are bountiful and will change slightly every year as well as during the summer season. Predominant flora includes hawthorn and blackthorn, dandelion and clover, with the main flow of the year additionally loaded with lime nectar and other summer blossoming trees. A mild classic honey with refreshing menthol and ever so slight bitter notes. We have paired our Oxfordshire honey with our early Shropshire Creamed spring honey, which we gently churn to create a soft set creamy texture, making it ideal spread over warm toast as well as enjoyed over yoghurt or simply by the spoonful.
