Sharwoods Madras Cooking Sauce is a full flavoured tomato curry with an instant chilli kick. It is well spiced sauce made with tomatoes, cumin, chilli and a hint of coconut flavoured sauce. It is perfect for beef and also delicious with chicken. This Madras curry is full of robust flavours and packs a punch. If you find this curry too hot, try adding some chinks of potatoes during cooking. Chilli hot level of this cooking sauce is hot. It has no artificial colours or preservatives and no MSG. It is suitable for vegetarians. INGREDIENTS Water, Tomatoes (27%), Onions, Tomato Puree (9%), Fried Onion (Onion, Rapeseed Oil), Rapeseed Oil, Ginger Puree, Modified Maize Starch, Spices, Sugar, Desiccated Coconut (1%), Chilli Powder, Salt, Garlic Puree, Ground Cumin, Lactic Acid DIRECTIONS Preparation: Serve up some Excitement!
