INDICATIONS Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Contents sold by weight not volume. INGREDIENTS Red Chili, Paprika, Salt, Coriander, Turmeric, Cumin, Ginger, Garlic, Green Cardamom, Black Pepper, Brown Cardamom, Cinnamon, Caraway, Clove, Fenugreek Seed, Nigella, Carom, Citric Acid, Maltodextrin, Hydrolyzed SOY Protein, Sugar, Canola Oil, Silicon Dioxide. DIRECTIONS Heat oil and fry onions for a few minutes. Add meat, garlic, ginger paste and Shan Meat Masala Mix. Stir fry for a few minutes. Add tomato, stir fry and add 4 cups of water. Cover and cook on low heat until meat is tender. Increase heat, stir and cook until the oil separates from masala. For desired gravy, if necessary, add appropriate amount of water.
