HIGH QUALITY ORGANIC RAW CACAO NIBS
Our Organic Cacao Nibs come from Criollo cacao beans from Peru which are harvested by hand. These are broken apart and left until the soft flesh has fermented and run off as liquid, causing the beans to lose some of their bitter taste. The beans are cleaned, dried, peeled, then broken into small pieces (nibs). Our Nibs are Raw, processed at temperatures below 45°C for maximum nutrient retention.
DAILY USE: Add to smoothies, desserts, cereals, use in baking, or eat as a snack with a bitter taste.
