Axle Deadlift Straps

The Axle Deadlift straps are HUGE. Measuring in at 2" wide by about 27" long, these straps are designed for Axle Bars, Fat Bars, Square Bars and more. These straps are a must if training high rep work with Axle Deadlift.

Olympic Cotton Weightlifting Oly Straps

The Oly Straps have been around for years and are a favorite among Olympic weight lifters. These straps can also be used like the traditional straps.

The webbed cotton straps offer a bit more grip and offer a smooth release. The cotton version is good for higher rep sets.

NOTE that the end piece should lay in the same direction as your thumb and not across the palm.

This allows for the strap to lay flat and more securely on the bar. Once on, spin the bar to torque down the strap, however not overly tight. You still want to have flexion in the wrist, especially with Olympic movements.

Olympic Weight Lifting Straps - Nylon

Much like the cotton version, the Nylon Oly Straps are also favorite among Olympic weight lifters. These straps are great for training snatch grip deadlifts as well as snatches. These straps can also be used like the traditional straps.

The nylon have a little less grip but offer an extremely smooth release. The nylon version is good for lower reps, or one rep max lifts.
