Warm Tips:

1. The camera resolution could be choose Front 2.5K + Rear 1080P, 2K+ 2K, 1080P + 1080P. The rear camera cable is around 7meters / 23feets.
2. Compared with the traditional mini-USB interface with 5 pins, TYPE-C avoids the problems that are likely to occur when in use, including black screen of death, restart, deformation caused by high temperature and can ensure smooth and high-definition video recording.
3. Please check the functionality of the front & rearview dash cam with its all accessories before installation.
4. Please use original accessories provided in the package, just in case of compatible issues. The length of the rear camera original cable is 20 feet, suitable for most types of cars.
5. Please confirm whether your cigar power port is ACC. (if the cigarette lighter is still charged after the car is turned off, please use the hardwire kit or unplug the car charger after the car is turned off, otherwise it may exhaust your car's power supply. ) (Note: This happens in some Ford/Audi cars, and electric cars).
6. When using the parking monitoring function, please select the [time-lapse] recording mode. Otherwise, the driving recorder may quickly drain your car's battery.
7. Please format micro SD card termly in case of locked videos occupied much capacity, release them necessarily.If you use a micro SD card capacity larger than 32GB, Please change the micro SD card?Class10 ( 10MB / sec ) required? format to FAT 32 on PC ( a 32GB card is included in the package ).
8. If your car has it's own reversing assist system, please ignore the reversing line of rear camera.

Important Note:

This camera has no GPS function for recording. We noticed that AUX plug socket was wrong printed as "GPS", we will fix it in further upgrade.

FAQ:

1. Can I use this mirror dash cam as normal rearview mirror?

Not recommend. This camera uses a better quality monitor-grade screen, which will have better light transmission as well as touch sensitivity, allowing you to see the picture clearly in a variety of environments. It will be darker than mirror screen and it might not able use as a rear view mirror.

2. Why no audio from camera?

Please check the FM Transmitter option. Audio will play from camera if option is OFF. If the FM Transmitter option is ON, you need to use your car's radio to receive the preset FM channel in the FM Fransmitter settings, and play the device‘s audio through your car's audio system.

3. When the car is turned on, why can't it turn on automatically? / Why keep shutting down and restarting?

Please use our original car charger cable, otherwise, some problems may occur.

4. Where can I replay video on my PC/Laptop?

Please insert the GPS and SD Card into the dash cam, after restarting the machine, you can see a "gpsplayer" with the latest GPS Player on the SD card. Note: Please follow the link on the SD Card or consult us directly.
