1. Shampooing and checking the condition of your hair

Determine the magic straightening time by checking the overall hair condition such as curly level / healthy hair and damage / perm condition. After diagnosing the hair, use an acidic or weakly acidic shampoo to balance the hair's pH.

Since the treatment method and the time left for treatment differ depending on the individual's hair condition and hair quality, please check the time by testing several strands of the product before the treatment.

After wetting your hair with water, grab one strand and pull it out to check the condition of your hair.

The time for Magic Straight is not the time to wait after applying the perm.

You should check from the time you first applied the medicine.

Be sure to do it with a few strands of hair first. It's not an absolute time.

Damaged hair : Leave naturally for 5-8 minutes

Healthy hair : 15 to 20 minutes naturally

Malignant curly hair : Heat treatment 15 minutes Natural leave 15 minutes

2. How to self-test for hair damage

After wetting your hair with plenty of water, grab one strand and pull it out.

healthy hair : Hair does not stretch when wet hair is pulled by hand.

medium damaged hair : Hair stretches when pulled.

extremely damaged hair : breaks when pulled.

For extremely damaged hair, please use it after consulting a professional. Please refrain from using once melted hair as it can melt again.

3. Pretreatment

1) Apply the pre-treatment product (ampoules or treatment, etc.) evenly over the entire wet hair.

2) Apply from the tip of highly damaged hair to the hair close to the scalp. Leave for 5 to 10 minutes for healthy hair and 20 minutes for damaged areas, then rinse with water.

* The hair near the scalp is newly grown healthy hair, so you can skip the pre-treatment.

* Treatments with other products are not provided.

04. Self-straightening cream application

Application order: back hair > both sides > top of the head > bangs.

The degree of damage may vary from part to part, so be sure to check your hair.

1) Now it is the turn to apply this product. Be careful not to let the product touch the scalp, and apply the product only to a point 2-3cm away from the scalp.

Apply the product to the healthy part of the hair first, then gradually apply the product to the rest of the hair.

2) If you apply the perm to the hair roots to the extent that the perm is on the scalp, the hair may be damaged.

3) Apply the magic medicine in the order of back hair > side hair > upper hair > bangs > damaged area at the tip of the hair, starting with the healthiest hair.

4) When the application is complete, cover with a wrap or wear a plastic cap.

*When there is no hair cap, it can be used as a sanitary bag for short hair.

05. Softening/Testing

1) After putting on the hair cap, observe the progress according to the hair damage.

2) Since the rate of softening differs depending on the health of the hair, check the hair continuously during the softening process.

Check the softening process by holding two or three hairs with the product applied at once and pulling them up and down to see if the rate of hair growth and shrinkage slows down.

In particular, when you pull the hair while paying attention to the damaged hair part, rinse immediately when the loss of elasticity is reduced.

3) Even in healthy hair, do not leave it for a long time after application, and rinse-apply repeatedly for better results.

4) If softening process does not occur 10 minutes after application, rinse immediately. After diagnosing the hair, proceed from the application process again.

06. Hair Wash

1) When the softening time is over, proceed with the rinsing process. Use only lukewarm water without shampoo to rinse your hair in the direction of your hair until the feeling of slippery is gone so that no residue is left behind.

(Never rub and wrap.)

2) If there is any chemical left, the hair may melt at high temperatures such as a hair dryer, so it is recommended to rinse thoroughly during the rinsing step.

07. Dry hair / Completion

1) Wash with lukewarm water and towel-dry.

3) Shampoo should be used 2-3 days after the procedure for the desired hair condition to last well.

4) If you manage your hair after perm treatment with hair essence and treatment, you can prevent hair damage when using dye or other perm products.
