FAQ about SEIKEA Braided Ponytail Extension

Q1: Does the ponytail come already braided?

Nope! It comes divided into 3 sections, with 1 additional wrap-around piece. She's ready to braid without already being braided for you. This way, you're able to braid her into any which way you'd like–the possibilities are endless!

Q2: Can I dye the braid?

Unfortunately synthetic hair cannot be dyed.

Q2: Can I wash the braid?

Yes! It can be washed. We recommend using a gentle shampoo for our synthetic fiber products. Remember to only wash when needed and let air dry!

A Variety of Colors for Your Choice

Please note: Like all synthetic hairpieces, static & humidity may cause the ponytail extension to tangle. By using hair softening products to keep the texture of the clip in ponytail smooth. If it becomes tangled, pls. comb it from the bottom of the ponytail using a wide comb.

All synthetic ponytail will shed especially for the first use.

Pls kindly refer to below tips to avoid shedding

1. Use a wide-toothed comb or wig brush to brush it.

2. Remember to remove all tangles before washing it.

3. Always gently comb it from end to root, not the other way around.

4. Don't brush the ponytail when it is wet after washing or conditioning. Let it air dry after washing it.

5. Don't use any greasy or oily hair care products, or high alcohol content products on it.

6. Don't use hot water to wash it.
