For boat length under 20 ft,dock line dia should be 3/8 inch;

For boat length from 20 to 30 ft,dock line dia should be 1/2 inch;

For boat length from 30 to 40 ft,dock line dia should be 5/8 inch;

For boat length from 40 to 46 ft,dock line dia should be 3/4 inch;

For boat length from 55 to 63 ft,dock line dia should be 7/8 inch;

For boat length from 64 to 72 ft,dock line dia should be 1 inch.
