What it is: The SEAMLESS SKIN Silicone Areopexy Scar Sheets are a medical grade method used to help improve scarring around the base of the breast and vertical scars for patients who have undergone a breast procedure. What it does: This product consists of a pair of (2) Silicone "lollipop" shape bandages made with specially formulated silicone gel sheeting. Used to help reduce, flatten, fade and smooth scars through a combination of blocking the scar from exposure to bacteria and critically hydrating the scar tissue (which defines the appearance of scars). What else you should know: These silicone pads offer a safe, effective, non-invasive method to manage and help improve scars. It can be worn under a post-operational bra or a standard bra. Results may vary due to the type of scar and different skin types. Results can be seen in 3-8 weeks. Can easily be cut to fit for comfort. This product contains no latex. Directions: Only begin using this product when the scar is closed and/or sutures have been removed. Do not use on an open wound. Wash and dry the scar area then place Seamless Skin sheet on the scar and gently message. If needed, cut and trim so that it extends at least 1/2 inch beyond the area to be treated. After applying the product, allow 1-2 minutes for it to dry. Once dry, they can be gently covered by clothing. Apply 2-3 times per day. Reapply after bathing, swimming or exercising. Do not use gel or creams in combination with this product in order to avoid impacting adhesiveness. Ingredients: Medical Grade Polymerized Siloxanes (Silicone Gel) with a polyurethane backing Product Specifications : Each package contains two beige sheets (17cm x 7.6 cm x 1mm).
