Schwartz Creamy Lemon & Parsley Sauce is a rich accompaniment to your fish, expertly made with a blend of zesty lemon and aromatic parsley. This sauce is ready-made and only requires heating up in the microwave or in a saucepan. Serve it over fish and watch it elevate the flavours for a memorable dish. It tastes delicious with pan-fried cod, and served with Parmentier potatoes. Simply roast cubed potatoes with olive oil, Schwartz Garlic Granules and Parsley until golden brown and cooked through. It is also ideal to make prawn and asparagus risotto. Schwartz Creamy Lemon & Parsley Sauce is free from MSG, artificial colours and artificial flavours. INGREDIENTS Water, Modified Starch, Double Cream (4.5%) (from Milk), Onion, Parsley (2.5%), Butter (from Milk), Skimmed Milk Powder, Fish Extract (Fish, Flavouring, Salt, Maltodextrin), Salt, Lemon, Concentrated Lemon Juice, Stabiliser (Xanthan Gum), Acid (Citric Acid), Flavouring, Black Pepper, Lemon Zest DIRECTIONS Directions… 1. Pour contents into a small saucepan. Simmer for 2-3 minutes, stirring. 2. Serve immediately over fish Microwave (800W)... Microwave ovens vary. The following is a guide only. Shake pouch gently.
