Try to test using another USB-C cable.
Try to restart your phone.
Try to remove the power adapter from the power socket, wait 10 seconds, then reconnect the power adapter, and make sure both ends of the USB cable are connected properly.
AirPods case charging may take longer than usual when the AirPods case is fully discharged.
When the AirPods case is not charging, rotate the case within the charging area, keeping the front face of the AirPods case toward you.

** What do the different colors of the light indicator mean?

Green color: Stand-by mode or phone no charging.
Blue color: Charging mode is ON.

** Does wireless charging work with a case?

Yes it does, wireless charging works fine with a case. Most phone cases can be used including MagSafe types, while too thick cases or cases with metal parts might block the power from being transferred or cause slow charging - 0.2 inch (5 mm) max. case thickness is recommended. The usage of protective cover with earphones case is not recommended.

** Can I use my laptop or original phone charger to power-on the wireless charger?

No, you can’t connect the charger to other devices. Charging 3 devices at the same time requires suitable power rating, supported by the included 25 Watt PD power adapter.
