** Why my phone/earphones case is not charging?
- Make sure your devices support wireless charging, refer to compatibility information.
- Make sure you are using the included power adapter, or similar specifications.
- Make sure to update your phone’s software to the latest available version.
- Make sure no metal or magnetic objects or accessories are attached to your phone.
- Try to test using another USB-C cable.
- Try to restart your phone.
- Try to remove the power adapter from the power socket, wait 10 seconds, then reconnect the power adapter, and make sure both ends of the USB cable are connected properly.
- AirPods case charging may take longer than usual when the AirPods case is fully discharged.
- When the AirPods case is not charging, rotate the case within the charging area, keeping the front face of the AirPods case toward you.
Note: By its nature, wireless charging might cause your devices to get warmer while they charge.
** What do the different colors of the light indicator mean?
- Green color: Stand-by mode or phone no charging.
- Blue color: Charging mode is ON.
- Green/Blue color flashing: Phone is not placed properly or foreign object is detected, charging will stop automatically.
** Does wireless charging work with a case?
- Yes it does, wireless charging works fine with a case. Most phone cases can be used including MagSafe types, while too thick cases or cases with metal parts might block the power from being transferred or cause slow charging - 0.2 inch (5 mm) max. case thickness is recommended. The usage of protective cover with earphones case is not recommended.
** Can I use my laptop or original phone charger to power-on the wireless charger?
- No, you can’t connect the charger to other devices. Charging 3 devices at the same time requires suitable power rating, supported by the included 25 Watt PD power adapter.
** How can I clean the charger?
- First, make sure to disconnect the unit from any power source. Moisten a non-linting microfiber cloth until it is slightly wet but not over-saturated, then wipe down and clean the surface of the charger, and make sure no water marks are left.
