A lightweight solution for transporting large quantities of water, Sawyer's Water Bladder is ideal for backpacking, backcountry camping, and emergency preparedness.

Simply fill the reservoir via the wide mouth cap, then hold or hang the bag from its convenient carry handle with the Sawyer MINI or Squeeze Filter attached onto the bottom outlet and let gravity do its work.

With a field weight of just 3.75 ounces, the collapsible bladder takes up minimal space in your pack and won't weigh you down.

How It Works


The bladder's wide mouth makes it easy to fill from any water source — lake, river, or home faucet.	Easily create a gravity-based water filtering system by holding the bladder by its handle or hanging it from a tree (hose and filter sold separately).	Use two Sawyer bladders to create a complete backcountry filtration system — one bag for dirty water, one for clean water (SP160 Gravity System sold separately).

Ideal for backpacking, backcountry camping, and emergency preparedness, the bladder features a wide mouth cap that allows for fast and easy filling and a convenient carry handle. It rolls up for easy packing and doesn't add much weight to your bag (3.75 ounces for 1-gallon and 4.5 ounces for 2-gallon). It's easy to set up a gravity based filtering system with the Water Reservoir and either the PointOne Squeeze Filter or MINI water filter. First fill the reservoir with water from any source — a lake, stream, faucet, etc. — and then hang the bag with the MINI connected below it (via the included hose) to let gravity do its work. Water will flow through your water filter to produce fresh, clean water for drinking and cooking.
