Place your shoe on the rubber sole (the smooth side) and trace out your shoe sole. You can cover as much of your sole or as little as your like. Some people cover just the part of the sole you walk on and others cover the full sole. Leave a slight margin that you can cut off once the soles are on your shoe. 2. Use a shoe glue adhesive (Shoo Goo or other shoe glue and follow glue instructions) to adhere the sole to your shoe. 3. Once the soles are applied, use sharp scissors or a sharp knife or cutter and run that around the side of the sole to get a smooth edge along the edge of the sole. Use caution with sharp blades. You will receive 2 pieces of rubber sheet material in the pack which is enough to do one full pair of shoes (or a number of smaller soles - use the material the way you want to!). Each sole is 29cm by 14cm and fits up to medium sole width. It is 1mm thick (so very thin which won't alter the structure of your shoe).
