With a decades+ background working as a chef in NYC Michelin-starred restaurants such as Gordon Ramsay, Eleven Madison Park, and numerous Mario Batali's, I've always had a serious food passion. My wife and I always been big foodies—whipping up crowd-wowing sauces for friends & experimenting away with them. It was really during the pandemic that our Sauce Up gears started churning. It was such an uncertain, scary time for everyone—and we saw how health became a priority for many of us.
