Important Notes:

• NVMe and SATA SSD are not included.
• The host device also needs to support UASP protocol.
• If using with a new Solid-State Drive, please ensure the drive is properly formatted to support your host device OS.
• The SDD capacity is up to 4TB.
• Please install included thermal pad in order to dissipate heat from the enclosure. Before installing the included thermal pad, please peel off the plastic.
• Normal Operating Temperatures: <131° Fahrenheit.

1. To install the SSD, slide and push on the switch to unlock the internal enclosure.
2. Remove plastic from an included thermal pad. Attach the thermal pad under the SSD (not included) before installing in order to keep the enclosure cooler. Ensure thermal pad is not blocking pins.
3. Remove the silicone pin and position it in the notch on the opposite side of the pins.
4. Insert the SSD (not included) at an angle and faceup with the pins aligned and push down on the silicone pin to secure it into place.
5. Once the SSD is secured, align arrows, and push into the enclosure. You should hear a clicking sound once the internal enclosure is locked into place.
6. Connect the adapter to a USB-C port on your host device with the included USB-C cable.

NOTE: If using with a new Solid-State Drive, please ensure the drive is properly formatted to support your host device OS.
