To help make the upgrade process smooth and hassle-free, SanDisk SSD Concierge Service offers live video chat support with an on-call expert (your 'concierge') while you swap out the hard drive and install the SSD. This convenient service provides all the software, tools, and instructions you need to copy applications and data from your old hard drive to your new SSD (2).

Take the stress out of upgrading your hard drive to an SSD (1) with the SanDisk SSD Concierge Service. This service includes everything you need for a successful transfer, including a USB-to-SATA data cable, a magnetic screwdriver, cloning software, a quick start guide, and contact information for your personal on-call expert (your 'concierge'). Follow the instructions to start copying your operating system, files, applications, and settings from your hard drive to your SSD (2). The SanDisk support team is available Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. Pacific Time to answer questions about the data migration process.

Live Video Chat with Your Personal Concierge During Installation

Once your data transfer is complete, schedule an appointment for a live video chat with your SSD concierge. Using Cisco WebEx Meeting Center, your concierge will provide 15 to 20 minutes of personal coaching via your smartphone while you remove the hard drive and install the SanDisk SSD.
