Salt for Life, 1 ½ tsp. baking powder, ¾ cup cold water, 2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil. Grilled Apples Ingredients: 2 Tart large Red McIntosh or Granny Smith Apple, 2 Tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Salt for Life to taste, 1 cup Caramel Sauce, Fresh thyme or other herbs (optional). Flatbread Directions: - Combine all the dry ingredients. Add water & olive oil. Stir until a sticky dough forms. Lightly knead with your hands for 2-3 minutes. Rest the dough for 5 minutes.
- Divide into eight small pieces & roll each piece out into a very thin sheet.
- Cook on a griddle or barbeque grill over medium heat for 2-3 minutes per side until browned.
Grilled Apple Directions: - Slice the apples into ¼ inch pieces & lightly coat with olive oil.
- Grill the apples on a barbeque until caramelized & grill-marked.

| Quick and Easy Basil Tomato Pizza Easy Pizza Dough Ingredients: 3 cup (15 oz.) Panhandle Milling Organic Bread Flour, 1 ½ cup lukewarm Water, 1 Tbsp. sugar, 2 tsp. Red Star Rapid-Rise Yeast (one packet), 1 tsp. Salt for Life, 2 Tbsp. olive oil. Toppings Ingredients: ¼ cup prepared basil pesto, 1 cup pizza sauce, 2 cups low-fat mozzarella cheese, ¼ cup fresh grated parmesan cheese, fresh cracked pepper to taste, Salt for Life to taste, fresh basil. Directions: - In a bowl, combine the crust ingredients & knead for 3-4 minutes until smooth. Allow to raise at room temperature, covered, about 30 minutes.
- Stretch out the dough into a 14-inch circle and transfer to an oiled pizza stone. Allow to raise about 30 minutes. Spread the prepared pesto on the crust in a thin layer & then the pizza sauce. leave about an inch without sauce on the edge.

Dressing Ingredients: ¼ cup lime juice and zest of one lime, ¼ cup olive oil, ¼ cup soy sauce, ¼ cup plum jam, 1 tsp. Salt for Life, 2 Tbsp. Sesame Oil, 1 Tbsp. minced garlic, ½ jalapeno, seeds removed, minced Serving Garnish Ingredients: ¼ cup fresh cilantro or basil, ½ cup French's fried onions or beets, ½ head Lettuce or Napa cabbage.
