We’ve added tofu to replace the traditional cheese, and complement the fresh basil leaves.   • 4 courgettes
  • Half of 190g jar Sacla’ Vegan Basil Pesto
  • A sprinkle of chilli flakes
  • 100g cherry tomatoes

Pesto Courgetti with Tomatoes & Chilli Recipe

Fill up (without the carbs!) on the super-quick courgetti recipe. Simply cook your freshly spiralised courgettes for around 20 seconds, then toss with Sacla’ Vegan Basil Pesto, cherry tomatoes and a punch of chilli flake. Gorgeous.

  • Use a spiraliser & courgettes to create your "courgetti"
  • Boil the courgetti for 20 seconds, drain and stir-in the Pesto
  • Add the cherry tomatoes & serve sprinkled with chilli flakes
