FAQ:

Q: Why doesn't my new Macbook Pro reach the advertised 140-Watt charging power when I charge it?

A: There are two possibilities:

  1. You may not have used the USB-C to Magsafe3 cable, and you need to use the corresponding cable to reach 140Watt output, which is a limitation of the Macbook device;
  2. The Laptop itself already has more than 20% of the battery power, and at this time, the charger will enter the constant-current charging or constant-voltage charging stage in order to protect the battery, which will reduce the output power to prolong the life of the Li-ion battery. Both stages will reduce the output power to prolong the life of the lithium battery;
