1. Does the product always stay on? Does the product still work when the car is powered off?

First of all, the red wire must be connected to the ACC (car keyhole) so that the machine will turn off when the car is powered off. The yellow wire needs to be connected to the positive terminal of the battery and the black wire to the negative terminal of the battery, each wire should be connected properly to ensure the normal use of the product.

2. Can't connect Bluetooth?

Please clear the Bluetooth registration of your cell phone and reconnect it for matching.

3. Cannot use the memory function? Unable to save channels?

If this happens, please check if the wiring is correct. The red wire should be connected to your ACC (car keyhole), the yellow wire should be connected to the positive terminal of the battery, and the black wire should be connected to the negative terminal of the battery, these three wires must be energized for a long time.

4. Is the machine stuck? No content response?

If this occurs, we recommend that you try piercing the RST hole with a large head pin for more than 3 seconds. This function will reset the machine to factory settings, please save your data before use.

5. The machine does not start?

Please check if the positive and negative power connections are correct, or vice versa, please check if the fuse is blown.
