Tuna wrap

1. Peel the carrots and tomatoes, then grate the first and cut the seconds into small cubes. Remove the avocado from the rind, cut it in half, remove the stone and divide the pulp into slices.

2. Heat a non-stick pan over low heat, lay the wraps one at a time and heat them on one side for half a minute so that they do not dry out.

3. Spread a tablespoon of mayonnaise over each piadina, place the slices of avocado on top, distribute the drained tuna, complete with the tomato cubes, the grated carrots and the salad.

4. Season with a few drops of lemon juice, a little salt and plenty of pepper, roll the wraps taking care not to let the filling go out, heat them quickly in the pan used previously, cut them in half diagonally and enjoy them immediately.

INGREDIENTS:

4 wraps without lard

2 ripe tomatoes
1 ripe avocado and ½ lemon
4 tablespoons of mayonnaise
2 carrots
50 g of mixed salad
