The spray for daytime use and the Gel for nighttime use gives all day and night protection. It is the only product on the market that is formulated at the right pH of 6.2 to match the nose so you have less chance for stinging and the dual salts and dual wetting agents moisturize your nasal passage like no other product.

Most nasal gels and sprays are just salt water (0.9%) and they they even dry out your nose further. Rhinase is different, while we do have salt, we have both potassium and sodium salts but in a hypotonic level not the isotonic or hypertonic levels seen in other products. These salts work naturally with your own bodies "sodium potassium pump" to moisturize the cells, You need more than just salt to treat nasal dryness.

Dual wetting agents are used to ensure that the nasal lining is protected. Wetting agents spread out very thinly so you dont need as much and withiut the salt taste other products have.

The right pH of 6.2 also ensures that the product is less likely to sting PLUS if you also use a steroid, it wont interfere with the effectiveness of a steroid whereas other products might.
