Add medium to powder, not powder to medium.
Irradiate the powder with UV light or strong sunlight (half an hour minimum) to get good glowing performance.
The more powder is used, the better luminous effect.
Don't grind the glow powder, it will destroy the crystal structure and therefore decrease luminosity.
Red and purple powder need more time to absorb uv light or strong sunlight to glow compared to other colors due to the wavelength of these two lights.
