THE RGM STORY

The RGM company takes its name from its founder Rosa Gastaldo Mario, who, in the late 1950s, realized that the fine arts market was lacking technical, high-quality art tools. So in 1961, he founded the RGM company in Maniago, Italy.

These high-quality painting knives are offered at an exceptionally low cost. They are manufactured of high-quality steel that is specially treated to protect the blade as well as improve the spread ability of color. The ergonomic handles feature solid brass ferrules and handsome bubinga wood handles. Each blade is tempered and ground by hand to assure consistent flexibility and quality.
