The cutting edge of the remos nail scissors is hardened and cuts fingernails as well as toenails that are not too thick. Due to their length of 9.5 cm, they fit perfectly into any manicure set and can therefore be easily taken along on any trip. In addition, they also fit very well in the hand due to their practical size. The curved cutting edge with sharp tips makes them ideal for cutting nails. The scissors can be disinfected as needed. Alcohol with 70% from the pharmacy is recommended for this. It is best to cut your fingernails after showering or bathing (then they are nice and soft). Shorten your nails to the desired length and make sure that there are no corners sticking out on the sides that could grow into the skin. You can still remove debris from under the nail with the tip of the scissors. Use a nail file (preferably a diamond or glass file) to file down the edges of the nail so that they are smooth and sealed. Use a cuticle pusher to push back the protruding cuticles. To protect the tips and cutting edges, always keep the scissors in a sheath when not in use. Every now and then, a drop of oil can be added to the joints so that the blades can still be opened and closed easily. If the scissors have lost some tension, you can tighten the screw a little again. Cutting toenails is possible, but should only be done on soaked nails and those that are not thick. Toenail scissors or nail pliers are more suitable for this activity. Important: Always keep your scissors away from water and moisture.
