Refresh Liquid Wipe was first developed in 1995 in our Chicago area family-owned manufacturing company founded in 1944 by our grandfather, John P. Roth. Originally sold as a liquid tissue moistener, Refresh was updated and repackaged into foam and spray bottles in 2004 at which point it was sold regionally before going nationwide in 2014. Owner Karl W. Roth is a USMC Veteran where he flew the venerable KC130. After leaving the Marines, Karl obtained his law degree and practiced commercial litigation in Chicago before taking over Refresh Liquid Wipe.
