EASY TO MAKE !! DELICIOUS ANKO CREPES !!

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup All-purpose flour, 2 Eggs, 1/2 cup milk, 1/2 cup water, 1 tablespoon butter,
  • Pinch of salt, Anko ,Custard cream, Whipped cream,
  • Fruits (Strawberry, Banana, Kiwi, etc..)

  1. Mix the ingredients for the crepes well.
  2. Mix well until there are no clumps.
  3. Add the melted butter and a pinch of salt.
  4. Heat the frying pan until it is not too hot !!
  5. Use a ladle to shape the crepe batter into a round shape on the pan.
  6. Let the cooking crepes batter cool at room temp.
  7. Roll up your favorite ingredients !!

*The secret trick for cooking crepes is to keep the pan on low heat so that it does not get too hot !
