• Q: Why can‘t I get the data? Is the oximeter broken?
• A: After putting your finger in, the data will display within 10 seconds. If there is no result for a long time, please restart the device and use it correctly according to the “Part4 Operation Instructions” of the manual.
• Q: Why does the result disapper in a short time?
• A: You need to keep your finger in the oximeter for continuous measurement, and once you remove it, the measurement stops immediately?
• Q: How do I download the APP?
• A: We have upgraded our APP with some changes in how it is downloaded. For Android, search for "Kmilight" in Google Play to download. For IOS, search for "KS Smilecare" in the App Store. Once you have finished downloading, register and login to use the service.
• Q: Will the data stored in the app be shared with others without my consent?
• A: No, it won't. Only you can decide whether share the data to others or not.
• Q: Why does the app prompt that this oximeter has been bound to other device, and I can't unbind it to bind my own account?Did I received a second-hand one?
• A: Don't worry, all our products are new. Our QA team will test the products by connecting them to their phone. They may forget to remove the account. In such case, the app will warn you that the product have connected to other device. Just click " unbind device" and then click "bind device" to connect yours.

APP Kmilight

How to download and register "Kmilight"?

1. Download APP: Search "Kmilight" in APP Store for IOS system, and search "Kmilight" in Google Play for Android system.

2. Select Region: When you open the APP, the option of "Select Region" will appear, make sure to select your own region, otherwise you can't register successfully.

3. Register and Login: Use your email address to register and login. The password must meet the following conditions: more than 8 letters, including numbers and letters, including upper and lower case letters. Example of password: Aa123456

• The pulse oximeter cannot be used while charging.
• Finger can not apply nail polish and other cosmetics.
• Do not shake the finger, hand or body during the measuring.
• Tape or other light obstructions around the apploed site may affect the accuracy of SpO2 and pulse rate.
