If you have this problem, check the wiring. First of all, the red wire needs to be connected to your ACC (car keyhole) in order for the car to shut down when the car is turned off. Secondly, the yellow wire should be connected to the positive pole of the battery and the black wire to the negative pole of the battery, each wire is connected correctly to ensure the normal use of the product.
2. Can't connect Bluetooth?
Cancel the Bluetooth registration of your mobile phone and reconnect it to match.
3. Can't use the memory function? Can't save channels?
If this occurs, check if the wiring is correct. The red wire must be connected to your ACC (car keyhole), the yellow wire must be connected to the positive pole of the battery, and the black wire must be connected to the negative pole of the battery. These three cables need to be kept powered for a long time. If the B + cable is not kept powered for a long time and is disconnected, the memory will not be saved.
4. Is the machine locked? No response on the contents?
If you encounter this situation, we recommend that you try to pierce the RST hole with a pin for more than three seconds. This function will restore the machine to factory settings, then save the data before using it.
