Frequently Asked Questions:
Q: I've never heard of Radenso Radar, when was it started? A: We were founded in 2012 and are located in Cincinnati, Ohio, USA.
Q: What separates you from other radar detector companies? A: Our radar detectors are very quiet due to low false alerts along with still having great range. (Vortex Radar, 2019) We offer free lifetime red light / speed camera updates where our competitors charge a fee. Our phone support is located in our headquarters in Ohio and is not outsourced.
Q: I drove by a police officer and my radar detector didn't do anything? Is there something wrong? A: Your radar detector is perfectly okay. Police officers do not always have their radar systems turned on, it simply means it was turned off. Remember, a radar detector detects radar... not police cars.
Q: I thought radar detectors are illegal? A: For personal vehicles radar detectors are only illegal in Virginia, Washington D.C. and military bases. In all other 49 U.S. states they are completely legal.
Q: How much does it cost to update the software on your radar detectors? A: All software updates are free and can be done on your computer.
