Mac Compatibility: Please note that it is Apple M1 chip’s own design flaw which only supports two video outputs simultaneously (including the screen of a Mac), it means that you can use only one video output (HDMI or VGA) of this video adapter on your Mac with Apple M1 chip.

Which video resolution does it support?

It supports to mirror / extend display to single monitor through HDMI in 4K@30Hz or VGA in 1080P@60Hz individually.
It supports to mirror / extend display to dual monitors through HDMI and VGA in 1080P@60Hz simultaneously.

How to set up multiple screens on Windows?

It supports extend mode in Windows. It does not support extend mode in Mac. It supports extend mode of A-B-B, it does not support extend mode of A-B-C.

STEP 1: select Start > Settings > System > Display. Your PC should automatically detect your monitors and show your desktop. If you don't see the monitors, select Detect.
STEP 2: in the Multiple displays section, select an option from the list to determine how your desktop will display across your screens.
STEP 3: once you've selected what you see on your displays, select Keep changes.
STEP 4: you can change the resolution of your displays. However, we suggest using the recommended resolution to get the most out of your displays.
