How to install driver before using it on Windows?

It is only compatible with Windows OS. It does not support MacOS. It is not Plug-and-Play, you need to install driver before using it. This is applicable for models including AC01, AC02, AC06.

• STEP 1: connect it to PC through USB-A port.
• STEP 2: find driver in the disk named "FL2000DX" in "This PC" on PC.
• STEP 3: double click the .exe file and follow the instruction to install driver.
• STEP 4: restart PC after installing driver successfully.

How to set up multiple screens on Windows?

After you installed the driver successfully, please restart your computer. Refer to steps as below to set up.

• STEP 1: select Start > Settings > System > Display. Your PC should automatically detect your monitors and show your desktop. If you don't see the monitors, select Detect.
• STEP 2: in the Multiple displays section, select an option from the list to determine how your desktop will display across your screens.
• STEP 3: once you've selected what you see on your displays, select Keep changes.
• STEP 4: you can change the resolution of your displays. However, we suggest using the recommended resolution to get the most out of your displays.

What kind of operating systems does it support?

• It ONLY supports Windows 11 / 10 / 8.1 / 7.
• It DOES NOT support Windows XP / Vista, macOS, or Chrome OS.
