USER GUIDE FOR QUICK SLIM

How to prepare QUICK SLIM ?

QUICK SLIM consist of 23 g powder sachets. Add 300 ml of cold semi-skimmed milk into the shaker. Add 1 sachet of powder to the milk. Shake well for approximately 30 seconds.

START-UP PROGRAM (First 2 days)

The daily dose consists of 5 meals consumed every 3 hours. No other food is consumed. Unsweetened tea, coffee and calorie-free drinks are free. The start-up program can be extended up to 8 weeks.

CONTINUATION PROGRAM (3rd day and after)

From day 3, the continuation program can be maintained as part of a diet containing meal replacement for weight control. Instead of 2 main meals (preferably morning and evening), 1 sachet of QUICK SLIM is used. In the other main meal (preferably noon), 500 kcal for women and 700 kcal for men should be preferred. 3 snack meals not exceeding 100 calories should be consumed between these meals. 2 meals a day with QUICK SLIM, 1 main meal and 3 snack meals per day provide about 1200 kcal for women and 1400 kcal for men.
