Q1: What is the password to connect to Wi-Fi?
A1: 1. What we need to connect is Bluetooth, not Wi-Fi and no need to enter Wi-Fi password. 2.No password is required for connecting to Bluetooth. Make sure your Wi-Fi is turned on and unoccupied when pairing.
Q2: The Blue Led light of the adapter is still on after the car is turned off.
A2: 1. Once the Adapter is connected with your car and power on and the Blue led light will be flashing or CarPlay successfully connected, it will be changed solid on.
2. When your car is turned off, but car all the power won’t be cut off immediately and the Blue led of the adapter won’t go out immediately and it will take a while.
3. Please note the led power consumption is minimal and won’t drain the car battery.
Q3: It can’t find the Bluetooth or Wi-Fi of the adapter?
A3: 1. Please try to reset or turn off the Wi-Fi network and Bluetooth function of your iPhone and then restart the iPhone.
2. If possible, please change another iPhone to try it. 3. If the same issue happens on other iPhone, maybe there is the issue for the adapter and please e-mail with order number at once and we will be responsible for this.
Q4: Audio input or output issues: Calls rejected or forwarded to voicemail/no play sound/microphone not working/music playback interrupted or paused/voice function abnormally…
A4: 1. Please check your iPhone's Bluetooth to see if it is connected to another device. If so, please ignore other auto-connected Bluetooth devices to turn off the Bluetooth directly.
2. Clear the programs running in the background of your phone when using the adapter.
3. When on a call, check that your "Audio Output" option is CarPlay.

A5: 1. The adapter relies on a Wi-Fi connection to your iPhone to work. Dropped connections are usually caused by Wi-Fi interference. Do you have other Wi-Fi devices in your car, such as a car camera with a Wi-Fi function? If so, you may need ignore other Wi-Fi networks when using the adapter.
2. You can also solve the issue by resetting your mobile WLAN network. Reset network settings: (This will cause you to re-enter your password when using a Network you have previously connected to) Go to Setting>General>Transfer or Reset iPhone>Reset Network Settings.
Q6: Can this adapter can be paired with multiple iPhones?
A6: 1. Yes and the adapter can be paired with multiple iPhones, but only one iPhone can be connected at a time. If you would like to pair it with a new iPhone, please cancel the current connection first.

Q7: Unable to automatically reconnect?
A7: 1. For some cars, we need to select “Automatic Connection” in the CarPlay Settings of your car, so that the automatic connection function of the adapter can be active.

A8: Except wired CarPlay, Even the original wireless CarPlay that comes with car also has an audio delay when watching the video on your iPhone due that the video transcoding is more complex than normal audio file transcoding and takes longer to process. So this is a normal problem for the Wireless CarPlay technology, not the adapter itself issue.

A9: 1. Please unplug the adapter from your car USB, then turn off your car and turn on your car again and plug the adapter into your car USB port and make the adapter to pair with your iPhone to try it again.
