Accepted by Gerson for use by patients. Very natural, yet a powerful effect. Light Roast: More powerful than medium roast. It is slightly higher in caffeine and palmitic acid. Accepted by Gerson for their patients. Ultra-Light Roast: The strongest of all 3 coffees. a "gold" roast that is a light yellow color. It contains the highest caffeine and palmitic acid.
