All of our organic ghees are made using grass fed cow's milk. We don't add salt, preservatives, trans fats, dyes, colors, or anything else to our ghee. The only ingredient in our ghee is non-homogenized milk.

Grass fed organic ghee offers all the wonderful flavors of butter, but with the shelf life of cooking oils. Ghee is gluten-free and provides healthy fats, a variety of practical cooking applications, and the buttery taste you love on your favorite foods. Ghee is highly potent so a little bit goes a long way, making it last longer than an equivalent quantity of butter.   1. Take out the ghee in a dry and clean stainless steel pan, melt the ghee on low heat until it’s clear liquid, and carefully pour it back into the jar. Alternatively, you can simply fill a pot with hot water and submerge tightly closed ghee jar in it to melt the ghee. Keep the water level below the lid. The idea is to melt the ghee completely until it is transparent liquid.
  2. Immediately place the jar in the refrigerator (do not freeze) overnight.
  3. Take out of the jar from refrigerator next day and leave it on the counter-top. Ghee will stay solid now even at room temperature.
